Description:

The design protected the site spirit by keeping all the old site features. All the project masses are designed to be above the old site landscape (no ground floor). There is also another existing building on the site, all kept, to achieve balance, integration, and interaction between the proposed design and the existing building.

This simple old home with other similar simple buildings from the old city of Al-Bireh gave life to it. However, this building provided life to this site many years ago and will again. It will be the starting point of the new design project.

 

The basic structural system orientation of the design is the same as that of the old building. All the masses of the proposed project follow the same orientation.
